Media Specialist
INK media specialists are some of the most talented public relations professionals in the business. Many are former journalists themselves. ALL of them excel in securing positive media placements for our clients in national and local print, broadcast, and online outlets.
As an independent contractor working out of your home, you'll have the freedom to set your own schedule, but will be fully connected to INK and our clients via a sophisticated intranet. You'll have access to our internal team to help with research, storyline development, and anything else that helps you secure media placements. And you'll be paid based on the results you deliver.
If you are looking for a corporate office setting that promises a paycheck for delivering billable hours without tangible results, we are not for you.
Account Director
A great account director is one of the toughest jobs at INK. You have to live in three worlds simultaneously... understanding the client's business and their goals, understanding the media's needs and the rules they play by...and communicating both to the INK team of media specialists and back again to the client.
To qualify as an INK account director you must be part facilitator, part motivator, part administrator, and most of all, you must enjoy helping your fellow INK associates land great hits for our clients. An INK account director oversees one to three accounts with a separate INK team assigned to each. And of course, like all of us at INK, is paid according to the results we deliver to our clients and not by the hour.
